4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on topwinph are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted deposit channels include Philippine online banking, bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, subject to current availability in your account.

• You may only deposit funds that you are legally entitled to use
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits — from another person's bank account or e-wallet — are not permitted
• topwinph does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your KYC identity verification must be completed and approved.

topwinph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending verification of account activity where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All game outcomes on topwinph are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing and draws. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

By participating in any game or placing any bet on topwinph, you acknowledge that:

• All wagers are final once confirmed — bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement
• Game results are final and binding once confirmed by the platform
• In the event of a technical error or system fault during a game, topwinph will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly, which may include voiding the affected round
